Cancellation Policy
- Until 8 days before departure: Free
- From 7 days to 3 days before departure: 20% of the total amount
- From 2 days to 1 day before departure: 30% of the total amount
- On the day of departure: 50% of the total amount
- After departure: 100% of the total amount
- If there is no contact more than one hour past the reserved time, it will be treated as a cancellation (100% cancellation fee).
However, bookings made through OTAs such as Expedia are subject to the cancellation policy of each service.
