It’s the BMW 3 Series Convertible. As it’s a convertible, it has an open roof, but instead of a fabric top, it has a metal top, ensuring peace of mind even in rainy or windy weather. - Upon return, please ensure the vehicle is refueled to full tank.
- If the vehicle is not refueled to full tank upon return, a refueling fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.
- Extensions on a per-hour basis are generally not allowed. However, if you contact us and an extension is possible, a fee of ¥1,500 per hour will be charged.
- If an unauthorized extension is made, resulting in delayed return, an additional penalty of 300% of the rental fee for the extended period will be charged.
- The optional collision damage waiver is ¥1,100 per 24 hours. (For vehicles with one license plate, it is ¥2,500 per 24 hours.)
- The non-operation charge is ¥20,000 if the vehicle can be driven and ¥50,000 if it cannot. If the vehicle is returned to a location other than the designated return location without our approval, a return location change penalty of 200% of the cost incurred for transporting the vehicle will be charged.
- For cancellations during the rental period, a cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: Cancellation fee = {basic fee for the rental period – basic fee for the period until return} × 50%.
