Cancellation Policy
Important: Bookings made through OTAs such as Expedia are subject to the cancellation policy of each service.
Cancellation Fees
Until 8 days before departure
Free
From 7 days to 1 day before departure
50% of the total amount
On the day of departure
100% of the total amount
After departure
100% of the total amount
No Show Policy
If there is no contact more than one hour past the reserved time, it will be treated as a cancellation (100% cancellation fee).
International Driving Permit (IDP) Policy
Bringing an IDP that is not valid in Japan or an expired IDP will result in a 100% cancellation fee, the same as same-day cancellation.
While we can provide preliminary advice on IDP validity, the final determination can only be made upon inspection of the original document. Even if the preliminary check shows no issues, cancellation will occur if there are problems with the original document. While our staff may provide advice regarding license requirements, the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.
Chauffeur Service Policy
If the customer mistakenly boards a vehicle other than the one arranged by us, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation (100% cancellation fee). We will not be responsible for any charges incurred from boarding the wrong vehicle.
If the customer is more than 15 minutes late to their specified departure time and location, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (No Show).
